1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using KroNav, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. AI-Assisted Scheduling Disclaimer

KroNav heavily utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to parse natural language, suggest schedules, and manage routines. While we strive for high accuracy, AI interpretations are probabilistic and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or misunderstand intents. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of the schedules and reminders generated by the AI. KroNav is not liable for missed events or incorrect tasks due to AI misinterpretation.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and application. You agree to provide accurate information when required and to keep your account secure.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Free Trials

KroNav offers premium subscriptions that provide enhanced AI scheduling capabilities.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Payments and renewals are securely managed by Apple or Google and our authorized provider.

5. Acceptable Use and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use KroNav. You agree not to use the application's AI services to generate, distribute, or process illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Furthermore, you may not attempt to reverse-engineer the application, its AI infrastructure, or artificially bypass daily service limits. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The application, including its original content, features, code, and visual designs, are owned by the creators of KroNav and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will function uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KroNav be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its features. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
