1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using KroNav, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. AI-Assisted Scheduling Disclaimer

KroNav utilizes Google's Gemini AI via the Firebase AI platform to parse natural language, suggest schedules, and manage routines. AI features only operate after you grant the in-app data-sharing permission, and the data shared with Google is described in our Privacy Policy. While we strive for high accuracy, AI interpretations are probabilistic and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or misunderstand intents. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of the schedules and reminders generated by the AI. KroNav is not liable for missed events or incorrect tasks due to AI misinterpretation.

3. Notifications, Reminders & Voice Briefings

KroNav's reminders, voice notifications, and morning briefings are delivered using the operating system's local notification system (for example, iOS scheduled local notifications). These system-level services impose limits that are outside of KroNav's control, including a cap on the number of notifications that can be scheduled in advance. As a result, KroNav schedules notifications for a limited upcoming window and refreshes that window each time you open the app.

Because of this, we do not and cannot guarantee that every reminder or voice notification will be delivered, on time or at all, particularly if you do not open KroNav for an extended period (for example, several days or more). If the app is not opened periodically, scheduled notifications beyond the already-scheduled window may be delayed or may not fire until you next open the app. Delivery may also be affected by factors outside our control, such as your device's notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb modes, Low Power Mode, Silent mode, background app refresh settings, storage limits, the device being powered off, or changes made by the operating system.

KroNav is a productivity aid and must not be relied upon as the sole or primary alert mechanism for time-critical, safety-critical, medical, or otherwise important events (for example, taking medication, critical appointments, or emergencies). You are responsible for opening the app regularly to keep your reminders current and for maintaining independent alerts for anything important. KroNav is not liable for any missed reminder, notification, or briefing, or for any consequences arising from non-delivery, late delivery, or failure of these features.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and application. You agree to provide accurate information when required and to keep your account secure.

5. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Free Trials

KroNav offers premium subscriptions that provide enhanced AI scheduling capabilities.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Payments and renewals are securely managed by Apple or Google and our authorized provider.

6. Acceptable Use and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use KroNav. You agree not to use the application's AI services to generate, distribute, or process illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Furthermore, you may not attempt to reverse-engineer the application, its AI infrastructure, or artificially bypass daily service limits. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The application, including its original content, features, code, and visual designs, are owned by KRONAV (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will function uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KRONAV (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its features. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms

The following terms apply where you obtain KroNav through the Apple App Store, and are required by Apple. To the extent they conflict with any other provision of these Terms, these Apple-specific terms govern with respect to your use of KroNav on Apple devices:

• Parties: These Terms are entered into between you and KRONAV (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for KroNav and its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for KroNav is a limited, non-transferable license to use KroNav on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for KroNav, as specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for KroNav.
• Warranty: KroNav is provided "AS IS" as described in Section 8. In the event of any failure of KroNav to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to KroNav, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility.
• Product Claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to KroNav or your possession and/or use of KroNav, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that KroNav fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that KroNav or your possession and use of KroNav infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
